Hello. I've just sent out the Backerkit survey.
You'll notice I put two limited rewards in the Backerkit survey that were not available on the Kickstarter. Both the enamel pin and The Knight and the Lion Process Book were rewards I sold on the original The Knight and the Lion campaign. I had some left over, so I thought I would make them available to you!
Thanks again for your support.
I'll have some exciting news about the future of Lancelot and Swords of Arthur in the coming months - and it may not be what you expect!

Hello! We successfully funded on Friday. Thank you so much.
Lots of good news, and a tiny bit of a roadmap:
- the comic is done, so as soon as funds come in we will order the printed copies
- you should expect a Backerkit survey in the next few weeks
- issue #2 is already being drawn
We also have another surprise Swords of Arthur book coming soon, so stay tuned for that.
I will update more soon, but for now I just wanted to say thanks, and to give a shout-out to a couple other projects that are still accepting late pledges:
Dino Knights: The Once and Future Knight
This is a killer book written by Zach Chapman and illustrated by Dave Swartz (he also illustrates my Vampire Detective in Space series). It's got TMNT vibes but it is also about King Arthur, so of course I had to share it.
From the Kickstarter:
"Dino Knights is the start of a brand new ONGOING comic book series. At the end of time, the Dino Knights war with the Techno Tribe. To save the fate of the all life on Earth, four hatchling Knights are sent back in time to New York. This is the catalyst that kicks off Dino Knights, an epic science fiction arthurian fantasy comic."

Chrome Roses
This is a super cool cyberpunk book that I was made aware of recently. The art style is stunning, and I'm super excited for it.
From the creator:
"Don't miss the Chrome Roses Trilogy an epic CYBERPUNK story set 100 years in our future, bursting with new ideas and characters.
The two main characters are Kramm, an outcast detective, teaming up with Teo, a punk vigilante, to expose a conspiracy linked to a resurgent deadly virus.
It's strong on mystery, detection, and widescreen kinetic action, lovingly hand-drawn on paper in a film noir style using ink, pens and airbrush. As Kramm and Teo are drawn deeper into the conspiracy every streetpunk, mecha, and security drone is hired to stop them - not to mention the deadly Trackerborgs hunting down the virus."

That's it for now. I'll be back soon with more updates.

Hello. We did it! We passed our goal today.
I appreciate all of you for taking a risk on this new series - I think you're really gonna like it.
While I have you here, I wanted to give a shoutout to a couple of books I think you'll like.
Vampires on Mars #4
This is a super fun sci-fi comic book by my friend George O'Connor. It's about a vampire who wants to go to Mars and the billionaire who makes it happen.
From the Kickstarter:
"Billionaire Gary Laurie has a dream—to be the first person to safely send people to Mars. The problem is it can't be done, and he's losing billions in the process.
Desperate to save his dream, he turns the mission over to Hanna Von Fleischer, a brilliant, gorgeous, and mysterious woman who promises to get the crew to Mars and back.
Oh, and she also happens to be a 300-year-old vampire.
So, how much of your humanity would you give up to achieve your dreams?"

Bloom Squad Volume 1 - A psych-punk graphic novel
This is a book from my very good friends Jayel and Lynsey over at Oneshi Press. This is the first book Oneshi is publishing that they didn't write - instead it is written by James Wayne Johson, and illustrated by Marco Salaza (inks) and Henry Jerome (colors).
From the Kickstarter:
"Bloom Squad takes place in a world very much like our own, except that SOME people are developing telepathic powers for reasons yet unknown.
The new telepaths don’t know what’s happening to them, but they know that reading other people’s thoughts feels GREAT.
And the first people to understand what’s happening know one thing: They need to learn how to control telepathy…and the telepaths themselves."

That's it for today. I'll have more to share soon.

Hello! A little bit of a late update, but as of day 3 we are at $4,000, which means there's just a little further to go to get to our goal!
I massively appreciate your support, and I'll be back soon with more updates!
